  • Yes! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all levels. Our instructors will guide you through each movement and offer modifications as needed.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Please tie your hair back. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.

  • We keep our Reformer classes small and personal, typically with 4–6 clients per session, to ensure plenty of individual attention and correction from your instructor.

  • Yes, due to limited spaces, pre-booking is essential to secure your spot. You can book directly through our website or contact us to reserve your place.

  • 2–3 sessions per week is ideal for most people. Consistency helps you build strength, flexibility, and see real results.

  • Absolutely. Reformer Pilates is ideal for building core strength and improving flexibility, no need to have either before you start! Our instructors support you at every level.
