Please arrive:

  • Fully ready (hair & makeup complete)

  • In first outfit

  • With membership sorted

  • 15 minutes early where possible

Late arrivals create unnecessary stress for the team.

  • Weekend Spectator Ticket: £40.00

📌 Ticket Information

  • Every dancer requires a Dancer Ticket.

  • All parents and spectators require a Spectator Ticket.

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance.

  • We cannot guarantee ticket availability closer to the event.

  • Please double-check you are purchasing for the correct day.

📝 UDO Membership – REQUIRED

All dancers must have a valid UDO Street Dance Membership Number to compete at this event.

Athletes cannot be registered without this number.

🔗 How to Create a UDO Membership

  1. Go to:
    https://www.udostreetdance.com/gb_en/signup

  2. Create a parent account (if you do not already have one).

  3. Add your dancer’s details.

  4. Purchase the correct membership for the competition season.

  5. You will receive a Membership Number via email.

  6. Send your dancer’s Membership Number to your dance teacher immediately.

👨‍👩‍👧 Important – Under 16s

Due to data protection regulations:

  • Dancers under 16 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

  • The parent must have their own UDO account.

  • The parent and child accounts must be linked.

If your accounts are not linked, please let me know.

🎭 Solo & Duo Registration – IMPORTANT

  • Parents are responsible for registering their dancer’s SOLO entries.

  • For DUOS, only ONE person from the duo needs to complete the registration.

  • Please ensure the correct dancer names and categories are entered when registering.

⚠️ Solos and duos will not be entered unless registration has been completed correctly.

📩 FINAL STEP – DO NOT MISS THIS

Once you receive your Membership Number:

You MUST send it to your dance teacher.

Until we receive this:

  • Your dancer is NOT registered.

  • Their competition place is NOT secured.

Deadline to send Membership Number: 1st June

Please do not leave this until the last minute.

What to Wear

  • Full team uniform

  • SUNDAY DANCERS: Clean White trainers

  • No jewellery (including earrings)

  • No fake nails

💇‍♀️ Hair

  • SATURDAY: Ballet bun, ear level

  • SUNDAY: Mid ponytail, slicked back with gel

Hair must be neat and secure for performance with no loose strands.

OPTIONAL: Makeup should be stage-ready but age appropriate.

🎒 What to Bring

  • Water bottle (labelled)

  • Snacks

  • Packed lunch (if all-day event)

  • Warm hoodie/jacket

  • Spare hair grips & ties

  • Deodorant (no aerosols)

  • Hairspray/Gel

🏅 Behaviour Expectations

All dancers must:

  • Stay with the team at all times

  • Remain in uniform until after awards

  • Show respect to other teams and judges

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship

Parents must:

  • Stay for the full awards ceremony unless agreed otherwise

  • Represent LJT Dance & Fitness positively

  • Avoid confronting judges or event staff

⚠️ EVERYONE MUST STAY TO SUPPORT EVERYONE, FROM THE FIRST DANCER TO THE LAST.
